This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out our conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased from us and also sets out when such returns/refunds are not acceptable.

We accept returns within 0 to 7 days after purchase and delivery of the items.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Product Condition

Products must be in new condition. Only defective products may be slightly used.

Shipping & Fees

No fees for returns. Ship via courier or drop at our offices.

Refund Processing

For successful/acceptable returns, we offer refunds within a period of seven (7) days after receiving the returned items.

Return Process

Return Submission

Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and description of the issue.

Inspection & Notification

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Health & Hygiene Products

We do not accept returns of certain product categories for health and hygiene reasons. Customer safety is important to us.

Exceptions: Wrong item, damaged/defective item, or fake item
Damaged After Delivery

We do not accept returns of items damaged after delivery or used/worn items (unless defective).

Packaging Requirements

Important Packaging Guidelines
  • Return items in exact condition as received
  • Include original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Seals on audio/video recordings or software must not be removed
  • Package items properly to prevent damage during transit
  • Do not include any items not pertaining to the returned product
  • Delete all personal data from returned electronic items

Exchanges Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We don't offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Non-Approved Returns

All items are inspected on return to verify the return reasons provided. If your return request is not approved:

  • You shall not receive any refund of the purchase price or delivery fees
  • We will make 2 attempts to redeliver within 7 business days
  • If redelivery attempts fail, we will hold the item for 30 days
  • If uncollected after 30 days, the item becomes our property
  • We may dispose of uncollected items through sale, donation, recycling, or destruction
