Clear guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure customer satisfaction
This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out our conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased from us and also sets out when such returns/refunds are not acceptable.
We accept returns within 0 to 7 days after purchase and delivery of the items.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Products must be in new condition. Only defective products may be slightly used.
No fees for returns. Ship via courier or drop at our offices.
For successful/acceptable returns, we offer refunds within a period of seven (7) days after receiving the returned items.

Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and description of the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We do not accept returns of certain product categories for health and hygiene reasons. Customer safety is important to us.
Exceptions: Wrong item, damaged/defective item, or fake itemWe do not accept returns of items damaged after delivery or used/worn items (unless defective).
Check warranty information on product pagesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We don't offer exchanges.
